A $1 Billion mixed-use building project near Zurich International Airport leveraged 4D BIM technology to finish on time and within budget.
The construction project was executed by a UK-based firm in partnership with Hitech CADD Services.
The use of BIM technology enabled visualization, multi-disciplinary coordination, detailed scheduling and planning which helped us successfully meet project goals. Getting all stakeholders on the same page regarding the phasing schedule and using highly-accurate scheduling simulations were instrumental in driving the success.
The Hitech CADD Services BIM team used industry-recognized BIM software, Revit and Navisworks, to create a federated 4D BIM model.
